Travelled all the way here to buy a Philips Trimmer that I've been looking forward to. It said on the website that the item is available in stock at the store but the store says otherwise. Requested the employees to make a little effort to help me find that trimmer as it was in stock but they just gave up within less than 5 minutes. Highly disappointed and wasted my time!

Great store, it's extremely clean, well- organised and easy to navigate. Also, the staff are kind and friendly, the guidance and assistance I received from Amanda was very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive.

The worst Boots in London. The staff are surly and rude and get a kick out of berating customers for no reason. Don’t bother asking them to check something, as at best they won’t understand English, and at worst they’ll just shrug their shoulders or even become aggressive. Even as a regular customer, from the minute you walk into the store you constantly feel like you’re being watched at all times, despite not doing anything wrong and not doing anything suspicious. There’s always a queue at the till, and there are no self-checkouts which is annoying since nearly all other branches of Boots have them; this is especially annoying when you want to buy a personal item. When you eventually get served by someone, you’ll almost always be met with dirty, judgemental looks, and they’ll huff and puff if you pay with cash or don’t give them the exact amount. They’ll also close early before the advertised time and shoo you away if you ask to be allowed into the store. More generally, I would urge anyone to stay away from this now American-owned chain of stores, full of overpriced Chinese-produced products that don’t work and staffed with people who don’t seem to understand English, basic manners or even respect.

I tried to exchange some vitamins today and was told this wasn't permitted and that that was explained on the back of the receipt. (It says medicines.) I checked the policy and medicines can't be returned but unopened vitamins can be exchanged or refunded within 35 days of purchase. Do I now have to travel to another branch and hope they know Boots' policy? Apart from the very conscientious security guard, who I'm happy to ignore, the store itself is quite nice.

Unfortunately It has been the second time I bought a perfume there and staff were zero friendly, they looked like you were bothering them. I would rather go to Oxford Street or Piccadilly from now on to buy perfumes at least they are way more welcoming and friendly despite it is way more busier than this place. Perfume section shouldn’t exist here if there is no one willing to work in =/

Old security would follow me around but would leave me be after a while. New security follows, stares, stands behind me! Both wrong! I’ve never stolen a thing in my life it makes my shopping experience so uncomfortable! The staff are a hit or miss either they are helpful or super rude it depends on who you approach and what day. The store its self is great and has most products

Prices have gone up alot of things are overpriced compared to other retailers, not a big range of products with limited stock and items in wrong places to price labels. Long queue to be served because only seemed to be one member of staff on the till who was rude didn't communicate and pause serving me to talk on the headphones to his colleagues. Staff in this store are not helpful and can be very rude.

Incompetent and rude pharmacy staff. Seemed to have no idea about Boot's own online prescription service, ignoring orders made online and approved by GP. Repeat medication was not issued on time despite being requested ahead of time, which is a hazard to patients! Recommend to go to the Asda pharmacy opposite instead. Friendly staff, reliable prescription service and happy with walk in vaccinations.

0 customer service skills. The first time ive ever had to walk away from someone mid sentence. Staff and manager dont know the customers rights and even their own returns policies. They told me i could not return sealed and unused make up when your policy clearly states i can within the right time frame. I just walked straight out after the ‘manager’ started giving me attitude. She needs to be retrained on customer service or leave if she doesn't want to be there. Managed to return them with no issues in the next Boots i went to.
