   Just a phone call and a chat with Lucy about a holiday plan, she understands absolutely and is ready to get your next experience in motion, with enthusiasm for you. I have found her knowledge, suggestions and advice are excellent and how brilliant to have someone with her experience in whom you can feel complete confidence. She wastes no time planning, searching venues etc, checking her suggestions with you, then goes full speed ahead! All paperwork is sent with important parts highlighted. Phones with advice when paperwork is sent and ready for questions after it’s been received. She is always available by phone for advice/ help and should any problems occur at home or away. Lucy is such a friendly, enthusiastic person.

   This is the second time I have used Lucy's services and as before it eases so many of my worries about travel (especially by plane). All ticket and taxi connection operated like clockwork making the whole experience of getting to an from the holiday stress free. The accommodation in Rome was comfortable and clean and in a good part of the city for sightseeing. Lucy advised to pre organise some aspects of sightseeing like a guided tour of the Vatican Museums which was wonderful when I saw the queues that the casual visitor had to face! The guide was also a dream being well informed but not dwelling on every little detail - well worth the tip at the end! The pre-paid hop on hop off bus company was also excellent when compared to the others - less queues and more space to choose where to sit. I will be using her services again.

   Lucy has made all aspects of going on holiday so easy and stress free. As a traveller with limited confidence this has been really valuable. Lucy is always very responsive, even when we hit a setback while away she was there to help us every step of the way, going above and beyond to help us.    Lucy's experienced travel and destination advice resulted in a fantastic holiday experience from booking to returning home. Her wise counsel alongside research of accomodation options helped us choose wisely. Her efficient eye and practical input on the detail of arrangements (which go well beyond choosing and paying) made the whole experience exceptional, removing a number of stress points before we even got there. And once there, the arrangements she had put in place right up to returning home, went brilliantly. This is in stark contrast to high street holiday providers we have recently used where you're left with an App once you've chosen. All within budget too. So 10 (not just 5!) stars for Lucy Morgans. Thank you Lucy. So glad we found you!

   I was recommended Lucy by a friend, to arrange a family trip to Singapore and Australia. It wasn't straightforward, as my daughter is already in Australia and there wasn't much time to book it all. However, she took everything in her stride, answered all questions, regardless of what it was and gave so many hints and tips our holiday was made so much easier and full. She had to book separate flights, deal with my shift pattern. Lucy booked amazing accommodation, in fabulous locations. I have no hesitation to recommend her for any future trips.

   We contacted Lucy Morgans for help booking a Honeymoon. She was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lucy for finding us a lovely hotel in Cyprus. Lucy also organised a wedding gift collection whereby guests could give money towards the honeymoon which worked very well. She also checked us in at the airport and organised one of the lounges for us at Birmingham airport. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her and will use her again for our next holiday.
