   I really enjoyed my week-long stay here, the rooms were nice and big. The bed was alright. Nice and quiet out the back with a view over a field. TV, WiFi all good. Breakfast was a good selection too, and the staff were friendly and helpful, a great stay here..

   Great hotel for Travellers. I had a lovely large bedroom with 2 king-size beds, on my stay but I did upgrade on booking invite. Evening meal was limited in choice but good portions of food.

   I'm appalled by this hotel got a call to say they might not be able to have my wedding there in July they said it was cause of the wedding licence an won't no till end of April if there getting it or not even though my wedding is booked for July so they did say to us look else where for another venue so we have but ive found out there are immigrants staying there so i think that's why we carnt have our wedding there now its just so upsetting my nerves have gone really bad over it all specially having to sort out new invitations an everything...

   A hotel we have used in the past but are no longer permitted to use as it has been taken over and housing immigrants with tax payers money. We will never use this hotel again!

   Place is full of freeloading illegally who are only hear because serco is making big money from the contracts to house them thay sacked all thare staff and sold out to big business do not use this Hotel ever

   After our recent stay at citrus Coventry, I thought I'd give you some feedback. The room that we stayed in was large but that was the only good thing about it. The bed was so hard that the floor would have been more comfortable. I guessing that it was an old mattress and the springs had gone as no useable one would be that hard. Neither of us had much sleep. The carpet looked as if it had recently been cleaned but obviously only in the places that (I'm guessing) had been vomited on. There was also a smell in the room that wasn't actually very nice. The breakfast was the only thing that was any good. There wasn't even anyone around to complain to before we left.

   Stayed recently for work, the staff were friendly, but the room was not clean, the bath panel was hanging off, the chairs and sofa had dirty stains on the arm rests. Meals where very basic. The dining area chairs were stained. The mattress was horrible. Just felt like laying on springs. Not the comfort promised on the website. If i paid the £96 out of my own pocket i would have been very disappointed. Definitely needs a revamp.

   I stayed here for work and it was really lovely. The staff members were polite, kind and helpful. Dean was exceptional; he has the heart of gold and is obviously doing something he is very passionate about. The food was tasty and enjoyable. The hotel was very quiet, clean and relaxing. I would recommend upgrading the gym, changing the lightning in the executive suite and adding sockets near the night stand. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
