   Avoid this agency – dishonest and corrupt This agency is completely untrustworthy. They took all my documents and full payment, promising to process my travel plans. The very next day, they told me I cannot travel to the destination due to the documents which they saw while accepting payment – and refused to return any of the money I paid. This feels like a scam. No transparency, no professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no care for clients. They took advantage of my trust and left me with nothing but stress and financial loss. Be very careful — I strongly advise against using their services. They are not acting in good faith.

   Absolutely lovely , helpful, people! They organised my bucket list holiday after my simply saying I wanted to see 2 things specific things!! The holiday was planned, excursions booked , advice given .....seamless! The hotel Diana suggested was superb! Thank you so much for my wonderful Icelandic holiday , Aurora Borealis , 2 humpback whales and the South Coast excursion to the waterfalls, glacier and Diamond beach all done!!!!!

   We used this place five years ago for our family holiday of a lifetime to Australia. We thought we'd have the same experience when trying to help our son book a touring trek of Canada. Unfortunately all we got was moans that they were short staffed and they couldn't deal with the stress of having customers. A very "COMPUTER SAYS NO! attitude. I'm sure elsewhere could do better than £8000 for a nine day excursion for one person. You need to try harder.
