   Rang on Sunday (December 14th 2025) to ask if prescription had been received was told yes, I asked if I could collect and was told to collect on Monday as he was on his own and was just sorting emergency medication out. The person I spoke to was not very polite at all. I then went in to collect said medication on Monday 15th of December 2025 and asked to speak to a pharmacist to discuss the medication given and interactions etc and no pharmacist came to see me, instead I had to discuss personal / private medical stuff in front of customers and with a person who wasn’t a pharmacist and had to keep going back and forth to relay messages. I was then told to read the labels on the medication and take as advised and asked hadn’t the GP explained and I said that the GP had told me to speak to the pharmacist re when to take the different meds ie spacing them or them interacting or not etc. I also had to ask about one of my items as they hadn’t packed it yet it was there so that would have resulted in another trip. Not happy at all.

   I’ve been ringing the pharmacy since 8.30am this morning for some urgent repeat prescription medication I needed before going away this weekend. I’m leaving at 10.30, it’s now 10am and I must have rang around 30 times this morning and no one is picking up. Either engaged, or just rings out and cuts off. I just wanted to check if the prescription arrived so I could collect on my way out and head off

   I find them not very friendly and helpful, many times I order repeat prescriptions, time is arranged and never ready or no communication that cause extra trips or phone calls. They do sell abit of everything (meds and toiletries) at reasonable prices, and open 7 days a week.
