Shocking service put a prescription on on Wednesday last week was told it would be in the next day, it wasn’t gave them a few days went back and the meds had just come in they morning. Was then told it would be 10 mins for the pharmacist to check them which turned into 35 mins.
I would like to give good feedback for a lady called Sharon who works at the Boots situated at Station Road Chingford London. I was having issues with my advantage card and Sharon went above and beyond to rectify this error for me. She was patient, friendly and very caring. Please can she be acknowledged for her fantastic customer care.
Worst Boots branch ever. Honestly horrible customer service. Called to complain about a staff who works at the pharmacy. Honestly- try to be good people. Kindness goes a long way!
Open on Sundays - which is really helpful if you need to pick up medicine. The staff are friendly and the range of products is good.
This branch never answer the phone. You can ring hours on end without response.
Very badly stocked. I wanted to check out makeup and skincare. The products were very badly displayed. It was everywhere and messy. You wouldn’t be able to find a clean decent product to sell apart from the no7. Mount is better stocked with some products not all brands unfortunately. Superdrug in the mount so much better if you organise shop with fully stocked products.
