   This is a busy village chemist and seems inadvertently staffed. I went in to pick up a prescription that I had received a text at 12.15, telling me they had received my prescription. I called in about 3.30 and still ended up waiting nearly half an hour. Staff are pleasant, but the service needs speeding up.

   I have nothing but praise for this pharmacy since transferring to which, at the beginning of the year. A family member requires regular medication necessitating on average two visits per month to collect a prescription & thus, I speak from experience. Without exception, I've received excellent service in all respects from a most professional & pleasant team. Thank you. Nigel Herrington 31.08.24

   Would give 0 stars if I could. Always have no prescriptions ready even when ordered over 2 weeks in advance. Husband stood there for 1 hour 15 minutes recently then had to say something before someone handed him medication that had been sat there ready (he didn’t know until they picked it up) for 40 minutes. Shocking

   Shocking service with prescriptions, unhelpful, uncaring, unprofessional. A lady who was stood in the queue offered better advice than the member of staff. Mountsorrel chemist totally the opposite, 5***** sorted my husband out straight the way. Boots needs a massive overhaul.

   Have gave up using boots for my prescription absolutely appalling service these days. The wait is ridiculous never have it all in stock so they ship the prescription out to be done adding more time to the already crazy 10 day service. 10 days to put a repeat prescription together is a joke.

   never answer the phone, prescriptions are never ready, nor have they ever got them in. had an immediate prescription from the GP sent on monday and it still isn’t ready now.

   Prescriptions are never ready or there on time even though the doctor sent it a week ago. A long wait in the store just to say it's not arrived. So many times my husband and I have had to go without our normal medicine for a day or two just because they don't have it ready. Staff are friendly but it's a shame about the service
