   "no you can't have your emergency prescription issued by NHS 111 because the doctors surgery is open" The surgery sent me to 111 as it would be quicker to replace my lost mental health medication. Now day 2 of no medication because they think they know best. This will be reported further as there was no reason for them to decline the request. I have the message from nhs111 telling me to go to this pharmacy. Never again.

   Awful service even before they closed the site at Rugby Central Surgery. This is the 3rd time I've come back for a prescription, I have been waiting 45 minutes and I still have not been handed what is simply waiting and ready. Absolute joke

   New management turned this place around, now every time I go in I feel like I am being listened to. Though waiting time still can be lengthy I can see the reason is that they don't want to make mistakes. Really impressed by new management, thank you for your hard work.

   Clearly not interested in helping people in need. My mom ran out of her medicine while on Holidays in UK because her flight back was cancelled. They could have offered to assess my mom and provide an emergency supply but said they were not able to help.

   I'm new to this pharmacy and on my first visit I found the whole experience unpleasant. On arrival I saw an elderly gentleman who was waiting whilst his prescription was being prepared and complaining about the wait, I then stood at the counter and waited to be served. I stood for 5 minutes as the pharmacist and his assistants worked away totally ignoring me as I considered leaving my prescription for another day, a simple acknowledgement would have been suffice, but nothing! I was eventually attended by a young man who just looked at me, totally expressionless and without uttering a word before I asked for my prescription. I look forward to the day when robots serve us, in the meantime I'm considering having my medication delivered to me at home to avoid going there again.

   Really annoyed. Checked Google and the main Rowlands website for closing times, both of which say 6pm. I left work early so I could pick up my wife's medication only to find a note on the door saying that they are closed at 4pm during lockdown! Lockdown did not happen over night. We are half way through a one month lockdown. Change your timings on Google AND your company website for goodness sake. Just called to see if they are open tomorrow as I don't trust the website saying 9am and expected an answerphone message with opening times and nothing, it just rings out. Seriously thinking of taking our business elsewhere.
