   Cannot recommend Balsall Common Pharmacy more highly. The team are really helpful and caring. I manage the meds for a patient with mixed dementia. The constant is change. The pharmacy team work closely with the local GP to make sure that the patients needs are met. They understand my busy schedule and do all they can to help. Examples, making up blister packs so the meds are correctly laid out. Speaking to the GP if there is a supply issue for alternatives. Every village needs a service like this at is centre. It keeps up well!

   What a rubbish service: truly unhelpful, unprofessional and evasive. Waited all day to be contacted about a missed prescription delivery for my frail and elderly mother and have heard nothing from them after several ‘promises’ to call me back.
