Make sure you clear your diary for the whole day if you want your prescription. Spent a couple of hours trying to call them, give up, do the 30 minute walk to Asda pharmacy, queue for 30 minutes, get told to come back in one hour, on return they are on break so you chill for half hour and then re join the queue for another 20 minutes. Absolutely wonderful day out

What an absolute shambles. Does the pharmacy manager have any idea what is going on here. Looking at the ratings here you are not concerned at all. I spoke to a member of your team today who said she would kindly check if they have my meds are in stock. Actually my meds were right in front of her. She said it would be an hour! A whole hour while there wasn't anyone in the queue. The last time I came to pick up my meds I was asked to come back in half an hour and joined a long queue which took over 20 minutes. Also, by the look of your team, they appear to be unhappy and are quite short with their customers. When I return here one day, I'll hopefully dicuss these matters further with a manager that can take on some constructive feedback. I wouldn't be so annoyed if this had occurred just the once but it has occured again. When your staff are talking to customers just try to be nice and not be snappy. I look forward to your response. In the meantime, please try to do better, everyone else is!

I won't use this pharmacy again. I waited for 15 minutes to be served and handed my prescription in. I was told it would be a 30 minute wait - no problem. I return in 30 minutes and need to join the queue again. After another 15 minute wait, the pharmacy closes for their break and I'm told to come back in another 30 minutes. I refused and a staff member did get my prescription when I pointed out that I was told to come back at this time. But it is frustrating and the customer service pretty poor. 1. More staff needed on the counter so more than one person can be served. 2. Have a drop off prescription and collect a prescription queue. This would run more efficiently. 3. If you know when your breaks are, and there is a long queue, put a sign up or barrier to stop people joining the queue if they are not going to get served before the pharmacy closes. Implementing some really simple changes would make a huge difference and would probably be less stressful for staff too!

Closing for breaks is perfectly fine. However, yesterday I was the last person in the queue and had arrived before closing time. At least three members of staff were there and they REFUSED to go on the computer to release a prescription so I could go to another pharmacy. It stayed locked to Asda. Effectively, they held it hostage while they went for a break, rather than take 30 seconds to serve the last customer.

Completely useless. I have 12 month's worth of repeat prescriptions with them, so no need to get authorisation from my GP every time. Sounds great, but you have to call the pharmacy two days before you need the new lot, and then collect two days later. Which would be fine, but they never answer the phone. When they do finally do your prescription, they get it wrong, and leave items out, or get quantities wrong. Absolutely totally useless.

I had my prescription approved on the Tuesday and had steroids added on the Thursday went to collect at about 13.40 on the Friday , was in queue for about 40mins to be told to come back 2 hrs later !! My son goes in at 17.00 to be told come back in 2hrs !! Tried to ring about 8 times but no reply !!! Go back at 20.00 queue again and then was told by a male assistant that it would be 30 mins by this time I was breathless and asked if I could just have my blue inhaler and his reply was no !! He was then rude to another customer when told to wait 30 mins or come back in the morning !! Thankfully you have a lovely lady called Mina who went and got my inhaler and a cup of water and checked on me , if I could give stars for Mina it would be 5 , I understand that everyone is struggling with staff but I’m sorry staff who are rude and not caring definitely shouldn’t be working with the public ,

The worst experience every month. Long queues, totally unorganised service, only one person on the counter. Collecting a prescription, which was pre ordered still ensures a 45 minute wait. Once you've waited, they make you rejoin the queue just to collect it. There has to be a better way. Serious training is needed for this pharmacy. The manager on duty was less than helpful.

Each time I collect my prescription, I need visit the pharmacy twice. The queues are ridiculously long and phones are not answered due to the staff being put under unnecessary pressure from a computer system that clearly isn't working and insufficient staffing levels on the counter. It's unfair that these customer facing staff then have to deal with the added pressure of irate customers when this is not their fault. I have rated their service two stars purely for the politeness of their staff who are trying their best under challenging circumstances.

Dear Tasha. Yes, I will be along on Sunday morning with the details you need and will happily meet with you then. Thanks,Awful. Cannot get an answer on the telephone so you need to attend store two or three times to order and then collect a prescription and wait in long queues and for over two hours for anything urgent. On one occasion I called 19 times, all went unanswered. When I raised concerns that the telephone didn't seem to work when I attended the counter I was told to take my business elsewhere if I prefer. My family are elderly and unwell and I know of other elderly people who have been treated similarly after hours of waiting. There needs to be a better system to prioritise the service and manage calls during busy periods and customers treated better. We are all busy however, business's do need customers to survive. Some recognition of that is sensible and would be welcomed please.
