Like the store, staff are great and its clean and Cowell stocked. Gets busy at match days but does what it should 5*
Visited the store yesterday to get a shirt for my boy, Jack was very helpful getting me the right shirt for my boy and helped getting the personalisation sorted as well, great customer service and feel to the store!
The Foxes Fanstore is a great place to visit for not only LCFC supporters but every football fan. There is a massive selection of Leicester City football kits, casual wear, and football merchandise. Also, a free Foxes Fanstore customer car park is available next to the King Power stadium. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great products!!... But the E-Commerce team are shocking. Don't ever try and get a refund. They can't comprehend it even when they made a mistake as they did with me by taking money from my account in error. The Help Team are also not very helpful. Dreadful customer service. The worst I've ever received anywhere. Sack them all.
Living in Canada it's difficult finding Premier League and Leicester City merchandise. I've dealt with the team store a few times now. And the service is fantastic. Only thing I always cringe at is the duties/import fees. Luckily it's worth the wait for Black Friday deals and at the end of the season sales. Was able to get two "Thailand Smiles With You" shirts on sale in my size. Glad I stocked up. I'm not a fan of the new 2022 shirts.
The place was absolutely immaculate and had a very sophisticated/prestige feel about it - just how an FA cup and Premiership winning team should be represented! Staff were also very helpful, polite and professional. Keep up the great work guys and girls!
As City supporter, I must say that you may find there any Leicester City item such as souvenirs, clothings, shoes, dog stuffs or chocolate... The staff is so nice and kind. The price is quite reasonable, not too expensive. If I ever go back to Leicester I will visit it for sure!
