   Since this was taken over several months ago it's gone down hill. They do not answer the phone, when I leave a message they don't ring back and when I order specific items off my repeat list they give me everything (this has happen the last two times).

   Parents (with mobility issues) have had terrible service from them on multiple occasions. Ended up having to go back and forth for same prescription multiple times due to medication errors, wrong tablets, wrong numbers of tablets etc Never bothered to apologise or take any action despite multiple complaints.

   The only pharmacy I use! I have absolute trust in the staff to steer me right all the time. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I am always treated with the upmost respect and they know me by name. Knowing my health conditions I am always asked how I am doing and any new medication is explained thoroughly. I never feel as if I am taking up too much of their time. A complete contrast to the way I have been made to feel in Boots when I needed a prescription in a hurry on a Saturday. If my medication is not in stock it is ordered quickly and is either ready later that day or the day after. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

   as someone with anxiety, I was feeling anxious going into the pharmacy but as soon as I walked in I was noticed by a lovely young lady. She was Asian if I am not mistaken. she was super friendly and knowledgeable. I needed some medication for my eye infection and she helped me out a lot. That was like 3 weeks ago and I finally recovered and I wanted to say thank you Murch Pharmacy for hiring some amazing like that young lady and I asked my GP to change my pharmacy to Murch Pharmacy... Keep up the good work

   Very disappointed that a prescription had been left on my doorstep all day , in the pouring rain when there was no one at home . A delivery wasn't asked for , my son found the 9 items ( one of which needed to be refrigerated) soaking wet , when he went to feed my cat .I can not believe anyone would leave a bag full of drugs on a doorstep

   So good I walked up the hill twice. First to find it closed for lunch from 1pm to 2pm. It seems that no one is responsible for keeping Google up to date on opening times.
