   I loved the whole experience of booking the main room at Players from start to finish it was effortless. Great team of people, beautiful venue I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The team carried out all my requests and nothing was to big or to small. My questions were also answered very quickly. The main room is gorgeous, very modern and classy and was just what I was looking for. Thank you so much Players team I will definitely be hiring your venue for the next event I host. x

   Went with 4 of my friends and booked a private room on the third floor for karaoke. We had such a lovely time, especially due to Minty and Christina taking care of us. They were super helpful and kind, overall the experience was absolutely spectacular- 100% recommended xxx

   Arrived in our room and woman briefly said what to do and left but hardly explained anything. Couldn’t get the system working then went and told another lady we could find, she shrugged and left. Then found another person who did try to help but couldn’t fix and said no other rooms to swap with and basically shrugged. Then we went to found another woman because no one was trying to help us. I think she may of been the manager. She came and sorted it in a matter of minutes. At this point we had been in the room for nearly an hour and a half without a working system so wasted all that time and was offered free shots…. Tried to order drinks to the room at the start when first arrived and a woman came and said ‘can you just come to the bar’. Then two people came in and said can we film and take pictures of you so even more time lost. Very disappointed, would not recommend. Could be very good but the overall attitude of staff was like ‘oh well’

   The room itself was really good, the room and bathroom were very clean. We had some troubles with the screens and connecting, the karaoke screens didn't change languange so were unusable- we ended up connecting YouTube to the TV. Food orders took a considerably long time and bar staff admitted to not having good communication with kitchen staff so there was no way to cancel orders or have an ETA. Bar staff seemed under trained. Too many issues for the money we paid for the room.
