Whoever is the pharmacist here is god awful. Sends you away if youβre looking for advice about a burn because she βdoesnβt do bloodβ ( there was no blood ) ??? Quite shocking really, especially with a newborn in the pram, hopefully this new take over will mean a new pharmacist because WOW.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My partnerβs prescription, submitted on Tuesday, wasnβt ready by Thursday. The brunette staff member was rude and dismissive, ignoring my request to expedite due to my partnerβs health and my work travel. Another staff member was loudly complaining about Greggs moving locations, using inappropriate language. I had to go to an independent pharmacy where the prescription was filled in five minutes. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Unfortunately the last few months have been very inconsistent with my mothers delivery of her medicines which is a worry. I spoke to the new manager personalty back at the end of May when she started and she did say she will definitely get everything running smoothly again! However I have not seen it as of yet as I keep chasing up on her medication. What I would like to say on positive note is i would like to give a massive thank you to Talisha . Everytime I call the pharmacy to chase up on my mother's medication she has dealt with it brilliantly and Professionally she has been a God send Thankyou Talisha. And it is also great to see the lovely Janet back after a few years away. She is too briliant and very thorough. Having these to at the pharmacy makes things a lot more positive going forward.

When I first started getting my repeat prescriptions here a year ago they are great . But donβt know what has happened this last month . No one ever answers the phone , so if I have a query I have to come to the store which being disabled is hard work . Donβt know what has happened to this monthβs prescription was due 2 weeks ago , been without my meds and painkillers for 2 weeks

My advice is not to go here. Evan 1 star is to much. Never known such a slow disorganised place. I waited 60 mins for a prescrption they told me would take 20. The reason why, the pharmacist decided to have her break despite knowing I was waiting, after telling me it would be 20 mins. I would of come back if I had known. This was after waiting 15 mins to be served, whilst the staff stood around talking. It was only because another lady waiting asked if anybody was actully going to serve us, that we got seen.

Awful, AVOID if you can... I have had years of excellent service. Sadly things have gone downhill since Mel and Angharad left. They were always friendly and helpful. Now it's all new faces. Recently I waited over an hour outside, shop was full. Everyone in front had problems. Either no prescriptions, or not received, or they couldn't find it. Two people even received wrong medicines!! I would seriously avoid them now. It is dangerous and the place is in such a mess. I feel sorry for the staff constantly getting shouted at.
