   Picked up our repeat monthly prescription for the last time today at this Pharmacy. It used to be a lovely efficient Pharmacy but has gone down hill in the last onths plus, tablets were due yesterday on to be told not ready again ,go back this morning still not ready after waiting in a queue for 20 mins finally got them ,and now changed to another local Pharmacy , I've had enough of mistakes and things not ready when they should be ,I think possibly it will close down the shelves look empty.

   If I could rate 0, I would. All of the tertible reviews are true. Abysmal attitude and service. Pharmacy closes down as they please. 75 min break for lunch, but they apparently are "busy and understaffed". Staff joke around and gossip at the back, but not one has the common sense to pick up a brush and sweep the floors or clean shelves which have been gathering dust and rubbish for at least several weeks. The place looks disgusting, especially for a pharmacy where treatments are administered. Prescription never ready on time, lost on several occasions. Manager locks down the door at 5.15pm because they are "busy". Do us a favour and shut this place down, it's been awful for years.

   Disgusting customer service. The staff are totally overwhelmed with work load. Very rude discussing customers behind the counter....saying they wish they could just shut....saying if they had to go into the surgery they would kick off. Looking for a lady's meds for 25 minutes behind the counter whilst discussing other customers. When I said how rude they were being, one member of staff pointed at me and told me to take my prescription elsewhere.

   They frequently lose my prescription and when they don’t it’s never ready on the day it’s due the staff are not very helpful either

   Had to change my prescription with the GP, for something similar, only to be told they didn't have it , but they did have my original prescription. Spent 2hrs back and forth, for no reason. Absolutely rubbish service. Never using them again.

   I have had the unfortunate experience of having to visit this Lloyds pharmacy on 4-5 occasions, to try and pick up emergency prescriptions, on behalf of a friend. Twice the pharmacy were shut at 3pm due to staff shortages, on other occasions, once I was told they could not do the script as they were too busy, and only taking emergency antibiotic scripts , which mine clearly was, and still refused. Each and everytime I have been, I have found staff extremely rude and dismissive. Like customers are something on the sole of their shoe and beneath them. It's disgusting customer service.

   In line with other reviewers comments, also find staff are at best curt / abrupt at worst blatantly rude in the manner in which they speak to you. They are very good at hiding behind the counter chatting amongst themselves whilst doing a good impression of being both deaf / blind - they ignore you when you enter - a polite greeting / acknowledgement takes a split second - even if they are busy. All this is wrapped up with incompetence & unhelpfulness. It is clear to see they are under resourced but this in no way excuses their rudeness. This place needs more staff / strong management as vast improvement is required.

   Never had a bad experience until today. I understand they are busy as I could see they were, but there is absolutely 0 reason to speak to anyone who enters the pharmacy in a rude manner (unless they are rude first of course). You should not work in a pharmacy if you cannot remain calm and still treat customers with respect when it's busy. The way I was spoken to and looked at today was inexcusable.
