   I had a very positive experience with Hina Rouhee. From the beginning, communication was clear, timely, and professional. She was polite and well-organized, and my inquiries were always addressed promptly. What I appreciated most was the consistent follow-up and the willingness to explain things in detail. Legal matters can be overwhelming, but Hina made the process feel manageable by being both approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this firm for anyone looking for excellent legal service paired with top-tier client support. However Ive had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist Abigail, I asked for an update on my file and she was extremely rude in getting me an update, I asked to be put through someone else who can help, she said have a good afternoon and put the phone down on me, very unprofessional and rude behaviour. I will be getting in touch with the firm owner to make a formal complaint. The good experience initially has been tarnished by Abigail.

   Absolutely recommend this firm! If you have any doubts just pick up the phone and give them a call or read on... The measure of a good solicitor isn't their ability to deal with open and shut cases but with their ability to deal with complex, multi-layered cases whilst covering every detail. I had my case opened at the beginning of the pandemic and my case handler Razah was great from the start. He listened to everything I had to say and made sure to address any concerns I had. With Razah's advice we hit the ground running, getting all the necessary appointments booked in; always making sure the next steps were planned and ready even during the difficult times of the COVID outbreak. The one thing that made the entire experience noteworthy was the quality of Razah's communication. Letters, emails, telephone calls - whatever worked for me at any given time was facilitated. Conversely, every time I needed to speak with Razah he was always available in a timely manner - never had to wait for more than an hour to hear back from him! Regardless of any outcome, I have only positive experiences with both Din Solicitors and more so my case handler Razah. I can happily say they've done everything they can to support me and my claim and couldn't recommend them enough.
