“Impressed with Caravan Guard’s included break down cover. Broke down 4.5hrs away from home in the middle of no where. Rang AXA who initially couldnt help as their computers were down and couldn’t verify my policy without them. They offered in good faith though to take my word for it, potentially taking a loss themselves to transport me to a local garage. I explained I didn’t want this on a Sunday when I needed to be home for work Monday and that I was covered for nationwide recovery.
