   Be careful using caravan guard they use intact insurance who are dreadful . Terrible communication, as if our van getting caught in floods wasn't traumatic enough they now don't answer . Worst thing is my phone tells me my message is read. Very disappointed.

   Impressed with Caravan Guard’s included break down cover. Broke down 4.5hrs away from home in the middle of no where. Rang AXA who initially couldnt help as their computers were down and couldn’t verify my policy without them. They offered in good faith though to take my word for it, potentially taking a loss themselves to transport me to a local garage. I explained I didn’t want this on a Sunday when I needed to be home for work Monday and that I was covered for nationwide recovery. Rang Caravan Guard who were also very helpful and rang AXA to verify for me. AXA quickly rang me back and arranged for my 24ft motorhome to be transported home. Not only did the transporter who arrive have a great attitude and friendly personality but he went to great lengths to make sure my motorhome was recovered home in one trip rather than risk damage or loss by Daisy chaining it home

   Great insurance company when my policy was up for renewal I rang them and it got reduced by a good amount. And this the breakdown cover is great we got stuck in Scotland rand them and within a couple of hours we had someone out who tryed to fix the problem. But he couldn't at the time. So he told us he will get a lowloader and bring it back to us. And withing 24 hrs it was at the place we requested.

   I took out motorhome insurance and received all of my policy documents. There was, however, apparently a query about the information regarding the conversion of my van. Caravan Guard left one message on my answerphone a week before the policy was due to start, which I didn't notice. Then I received an email after the policy had started asking me to contact them urgently which I did. At that point they said that they couldn't insure the van and were cancelling the policy leaving me uninsured. If there was a query that was critical to the policy being granted, I would have expected them to have made more effort to contact me before the policy start date, especially as I arranged it so early, rather than waiting until after the start date to email me.

   We tried and are still trying to have our claim to be sorted out and had nothing but messing us about blaming there parent company and they blaming caravan guard. Would never insurer with either again this was Carl Eveleigh and David Case van insurance provider you blame spread back and forth from you and rsa .as in your response to this review. Pointless talking to your complaints team you get rsa

   Rang up to enquire about someone coming to guard my caravan full time while im not using it but got no where. In the end i had to fork out thousands on buying and training a guard dog. St bernards aint cheap you know.

   Have been insured with Caravan Guard a few years now. Not had to claim yet but so far everything has been good. Reasonable price for insurance and the staff are helpful especially if I forget to renew in time I get a friendly call to do it over the phone.

   Very abrupt poor customer service. Very unhelpfull. Willing to take £50 to update policy . Only to be told . They will cancel .. shocking service. Cowboys .. steer well clear

   Thanks to the 3M's at Caravan Guard for you help with the renewal on our motorhome policy. Despite the claim last year the renewal cost is still very reasonable. If you are considering a MH i would 100% recommend Caravan Guard.
