   I had an out of hours GP appointment at Warwick Hospital due to a UTI. They sent my prescription to burkehead but when I got there to collect it it wasn't there at all. They hadn't received anything from the doctor so I have to call 111 back and try to find out. 111 was going to take forever so used well. Went back to the hospital and said you sent it to the wrong place. This place is an open. It was meant to be this place. What am I do? She said oh. Don't worry we'll give it you here at the hospital so burkehead would have been good. Had it been sent to the correct place?

   Jasbir Birk, who does not know me; I am not his patient went above and beyond to try to help me get a drug that is in short supply across England. He was proactive and kind, even phoning me back with an update. I am extremely impressed particularly given pharmacy services are so over stretched at the moment.

   They fulfilled my prescription when Asda couldn’t. Asda told me there was a manufacturing issue and that’s my the item was unavailable, the pharmacist at Birk and Nagra informed me this is incorrect and order it for the very next day! Thank you.
