Wasn't really vibrant and wasn't as good as I expected it to be maybe but it's a bit fun. There were loads of fights and quarrel which made it horrible
After buying my drinks asked to leave for no reason. Man handled outside with no explanation then, verbal abused by the owner Mark. Shocking place avoid they will just take your money and kick you out, I was called a gay and other insulting words and was informed the police had been called. I waited for the police to arrive but the owner and security when inside but no police turned up. I have it all recorded on my phone and the behaviour was shocking. Security would not show me their identification or give me a reason for being kicked out after buying myself and all my mate drinks of over £40. What a shocking place there is plenty of other places you can go and get cheaper drinks with better vibes. Look at the other reviews on club ice save your money and the aggression you could receive. Unprofessional staff and owner who thinks he can say and do what he likes avoid and spend your money in the skinny dog or platform 11. Joke of a place. I got enough video evidence to take this company to court with the way myself and my mates from England witness it was quite embarrassing showing them the village I’m living in to then witness that behaviour from them. Shameful shocking Homophobic company. And that’s me being kind that’s only half of what we was called! I wish I could post the video you would be horrified trust me.
Amazing atmosphere, great music, and fantastic crowd — perfect spot for a fun night out!
I witnessed first hand security taking advantage of paying customers, invading privacy, working outside legal duties. The place is a last stop junk house. Wipe it off and open up a breakfast spot. Poor guys having to work there on long weekends, depressing.
Never been so this is definitely not a review for the club. This is a review from a fellow door supervisor (female)from Hull to thank the club owner for standing up for his staff. Wish more would do the same.
This establishment should he used as a bush tucker trail from drinking from lip stick stained glasses & dancing on sticky floors to avoiding eye contact with the bouncers incase they attack me unprovoked. The owner 'Gary Parry' isn't someone you wish you to give your hard earned money to because if you're assaulted his premises he doesn't care about your wellbeing.
They said they got new air con in and they never have them on when it’s really needed when everyone is drowning in sweat. Please turn on air corn. Toilets always dirty always out off stock on toilet roll no one does toilet check and boys always walking into the ladies that never use to happen when they had security on the toilets.
Something very serious and personal happened, all the staff there were absolutely amazing. The owner was very caring and helped a lot. The bouncers walked us to get a taxi and did everything they could to ensure me and my friend felt safe and comfortable.
This place has so much potential, it’s just a shame that the people that go there are such trouble makers. There were a few men who were very sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable, despite me being with a large group. And there are people there that just seem like they just want to fight everyone, which I almost became a victim of. Security don’t do much of a good job at kicking people out when they’ve done something wrong. The music and lighting are very good though, as well as most of the drink prices. I’m not sure why there’s a strip pole, but it’s whatever I suppose haha. The toilets are horrendous, avoid them at all costs.
