   The bouncers are appalling, gripping young girls up and pushing them. Got charged twice for entry as they scanned out tickets and then charged us. Manager Leah doesn’t help customers in the slightest. Won’t be returning

   am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this venue on New Year’s Eve. We purchased pre-9pm tickets, which in itself felt misleading, as the club was virtually empty at that time. When we arrived, the situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally by the manager, Leah. Rather than addressing the issue politely or offering a reasonable solution, we were told we had to pay an additional £20. During this interaction, she stated, “we don’t need your money,” while laughing, which was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. What is particularly unacceptable is the inconsistency in how policies were enforced. Multiple tables arrived well after 9pm—some by nearly an hour—yet were not charged any additional fee. This demonstrated a clear lack of fairness and professionalism. As a regular customer, I was extremely disappointed by the standard of service. The staff overall were rude throughout the evening, and the venue was significantly overpriced for the quality of experience provided. Due to how this situation was handled, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this venue to others.

   Very rude staff paid £500 for a table, had 2 of our people kicked out. Lady named Alicia black hair short kicked us off the table straight after we finished our drinks. Very disrespectful, kicked our friend out for drinking out the bottle. Not happy at all, I wouldn’t recommend at all whatsoever.

   The security guys at the entrance are extremely rude and unprofessional. Always looking to start fights with their customers who come for a good time out. One particular white bouncer with a ginger beard should be careful as he’s pissed a whole lot of people who visit this club. Overall , I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone looking for a good time out. Visit Boho instead and have a great night out.

   I will not recommend it because the bouncers were rude and disgusting, especially the giant- the ball-headed guy Went in with 2 friends but came out for a call in less than 10 minutes, just to be denied entry. Bouncers even threatened to beat me up. I left home gutted and angry. Never had such an awful experience with any club. Don't go there, I would say.

   £15 entry just to be squished up in an overcrowded room. Dirty toilets and rude doormen. Music was good (2 guys with sax and drums) but when that stopped they just played absolute mainstream garbage. Really gutted as this used to be the best club in Cardiff and now it's a school disco

   Paid £200 for disgusting treatment from staff and bouncers, ruined my birthday night out with their awful behaviour and vile language. Would not recommend in the slightest! Had grown men screaming in my face because I had gone to make sure my friend was safely in a taxi and they refused to let me back in and left me outside on my own, wouldn’t even let me get my friends!!

   Amazing club! Great music, it was my first time visiting and I had a great night and the bouncers were nice and helpful when supporting my friend in an altercation that wasn’t her fault. Will definitely be visiting again!

   We were keen for a night out and decided to got o 10 mill lane. Myself and 3 of my friends queued up to go in and we weren’t allowed go enter. We thought this was weird but the bouncer told us that boys weren’t allowed. As it was my birthday I felt like this was unfair.
