At the heart of this unique sports Company is a family who love cricket and sports. They have been competing in sports and involved in local sports clubs for decades. This is more than a sports company. They are part of the grass roots sporting community. And offer unique hand made products and services that no generic sports company could. They will always do there best to deliver for their customers and have a large range of quality products and always do a good deal for customers.
Terrible service. Bat was delivered for knocking in service and was advised that it would need oiling prior to knocking in. Called a day before it was scheduled to be collected and was told my bat wasn't ready by a member of staff, but then called by someone else who advised the bat was ready to be picked up. However when someone arrived to pick it up, was told it wasn't ready and that it would need more work. Went back half hour later and collected the bat. On inspection it wasn't oiled before knocking in as was initially stated and the bat hadn't been knocked in properly. Called to chase it up after the fact and was told I'd receive a call back but didn't.
