   Staff are rude and lazy, the shop is lacking in sizes and when you ask for help you are ignored. Women would rather chat to each-other than help. Went to try something on and they laughed saying theres no curtains to the changing room, so everyone in the store could see you. Was going to make one purchase once I finally found something but the awful service deterred me.

   When I was trying to buy some gloves and some hats for family and myself. I found The ones I was looking for, but when it came to check out the person told me these are for kids hats. This was a bit confusing because there was no indication by the hat section for men, kids and women. and when I paid for the items eventually, I asked the person if you can validate my car park ticket and I got told sorry you have to go to the guest desk out. Which I thought was a bit weird. I thought the shops did it for you. Not a guest desk.

   Very comfortable jackets and coats, I needed a new one for winter, as it can get very chilly, and there were lots to choose from!! They even had some nice ones on sale, I settled on a lovely coat with wool on the inside, lots of pockets and a soft fur hood. Very good shop, would visit again.

   Compact shop with a lot of stock. Discounted prices for majority goods. Changing room though very spacious lacks a full width curtain!
