   My child has been going to creative flair in Coventry for quite a while now and it's been brilliant. The staff couldn't be more caring and kind to my child and they have really got to know my child and all of thier different ways. While all the staff have been great including the new recruits (it's been lovely to meet and start to get to know you all), Poppy, Rachel, Rebecca and Chelsea have been standout, helping me navigate the paperwork, processes and being a new anxious parent. The communication has been brilliant, where I've had questions or anything has come up (it's just me being an over anxious first time parent), the staff have been so open to having a conversation and keeping me relaxed. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for caring and supportive environment for both child and parent. A massive thank you to all the staff at Coventry Creative Flair. You greatly appreciate for what you are doing and the amazing development my little one has had since starting with you.

   I have nothing but praise for Creative Flair. The setting is so beautiful and laid out perfectly for children to explore. I have found this staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help not only my son but support us as a whole family. My son has always gone in with a smile and really enjoyed his time at the nursery. Every single person working there is so lovely and give my son a loving nurturing environment to grow in. If I could keep him there forever and stop him growing up then I would! Thank you Creative Flair, you were the perfect nursery for my son.

   My daughter has been going here since January and she has settled in so well. She practically runs in every morning! The team are so attentive and provide updates all day. Also receiving photo updates every day of them having fun is great. Special thanks to Poppy and Chelsea for making my girl so happy at nursery!

   My daughter started here back in May at 9 months old and she has settled in so well. The combination of the lovely staff and the relaxing baby specific lodge made her feel right at home. She is now walking so is moving from the lodge to the baby room and the transition has been taken slowly so my daughter really feels comfortable in the new room. Special shout-out to her key worker Poppy and Rebecca for being so great with Rosie as well as with parent communication to help us feel just as comfortable as her. I particularly love the use of the app which is updated regularly throughout the day.

   Creative Flair Coventry is such a fantastic nursery. It is a second home for my child and she feels so comfortable there. It is big enough that the children are always busy but small enough so they don’t get lost. I love the intimacy of the nursery and the staff have always been so kind and caring towards my child and me, I can’t thank them enough for how lovely they are. We always feel welcome and I know my child is happy and safe there. The extra curricular activities are an added bonus too, my child gets to experience football, Spanish and musical lessons. I couldn’t think of a better setting to begin your child’s early education.

   Our daughter has attended Creative Flair nursery from baby room to preschool and as a family we are extremely happy with the service provided. The staff are warm, kind and friendly and are passionate about the children. There are brilliant activities on offer everyday and we love that the children get to play outside so much and have opportunities like learning Spanish, singing and dancing. The environment is safe and the staff communicate well with us as parents.

   Our little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery here. The staff are all amazing and work incredibly hard each day. They show such compassion and warmth and it really helps reassure us, that he is well looked after. The communication we received from them via the app is great and we love seeing the photos of his day. We couldn’t fault this nursery especially since the new management took over. We would definitely recommend it. We especially love their open days and how they really encourage families into the nursery.

   Worst response, tried to book an appointment but no proper answer. At last we ordered to pay £100 month mandatory consumable charges (not optional) even though free funded for 3 hour sessions. Packed lunch not allowed. I would avoid this place. Certainly I am not looking to send my kid to this kind of nursery to start with.

   My son has attended this setting for around 6/7 months, my sons key worker when he first started was second to none. She was understanding, attentive and a credit to the nursery. Unfortunately she left the setting as did many other staff along the way and everything just went from bad to worse. After looking at the nurseries ofsted recently they have had safeguarding concerns so I think this is having a negative impact on families who don’t abuse there children. My son is almost 4 and bruises very easily and is so clumsy. We were repeatedly questioned as was my son, about bruises to his knee’s and elbows etc and he also had a kitten scratch which we were being questioned about too. Of course settings have to safeguard children and I’d be worried if they didn’t but it was continuous questions. It’s quite upsetting as a parent to have this at the door with other parents around as your made to feel as if your neglecting your child. In 6 months my son was there we were given many many forms but yet never referred to social services etc as apparently they didn’t have a concern! I almost wanted to be reported so I could be investigated properly as I was being questioned and so was my son about all different kinds of things. Also had a few issues with toileting with my son coming home in a mess but on quite a few occasions. Staff seem quite unhappy and not very passionate. My son has been to a couple of nurseries previously and I’ve never experienced anything like this one.
