   This is the place to go if you want to learn proper fight training, the coaches are very professional, tough but approachable and will definitely test your fitness levels. Everyone is really friendly and will help you to feel welcome, there’s always someone around to help if any of the coaches are busy. 10/10

   Me and my son have not long joined this gym and Im very glad I chose this gym to start my son in MMA. He really enjoys the warm ups (especially the deck of cards) and enjoys the skills hes being taught. I also am enjoying the classes, coach Harcus is sure to check for injuries, is welcoming and accommodating and has a LOT of experience that he is willing to constantly share. It is obvious from a short period of time, this gym is not about the price, but about the progress. Tiago and the other assistant coaches are also encouraging and highly skilled and keen to share knowledge. Am looking forward to trying Coach Raj's JuJitsu and the Strength and conditioning. If you want a welcoming ego free gym, where you feel safe and respected. Come to Total Combat Academy

Coach Harks and the rest of the team bring a lot of experience and share their knowledge freely, which is invaluable whether you're just starting out or looking to level up. Training here has improved both my physical and mental fitness. It's a great place to train, learn, and grow.

   As a 40+ year old with minimal experience in combat sports, I was a little apprehensive about starting at TCA however I needn't have been. The coaching staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and all round great guys. The students that go to the classes are friendly and encouraging. I have been going for about 6 months now and I always leave the sessions with new skills and with a smile on my face!! I would recommend this club to anyone, of any age, in fact my 6 year old goes to the kids MMA classes and he loves it!

The gym itself is clean and is kitted out with a huge range of training equipment, bags and strength and conditioning equipment.    Honestly the best MMA gym to go to whether it’s to compete, to become a fighter, to get fit, lose weight. Tell the coaches what you want to get out of your martial arts experience and they will have your back throughout the process. The atmosphere is on point and you never feel like a black sheep. Everybody is there supporting you and it’s a very safe and professional environment to train and have fun too.
