Very bad experience. The young blonde female security made me feel like a thief the moment I entered. She followed me with a strange smile and treated me with suspicion just because I am a foreigner. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I recently took my daughter to get her ears pierced and we had the best experience. The ear piercer, Vicky was absolutely fantastic – calm, patient, and so reassuring. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail, which really helped put both me and my daughter at ease. Her knowledge and professionalism shone through, and she made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident before and during the piercing. The whole process was quick, clean, and done with great care. I can’t recommend Vicky enough for anyone looking for a safe and supportive experience! Will definitely be going back for more piercings!!
Come few months ago good service nice shop got what needed
Vicky was the kindest and down to earth person when it came down to getting my ear pierced. I just walked in and came out with a new piercing. It was over in no time. Will definitely come back for my thirds.
I have visited the store today around 3pm. The girl was polite to previous customer who was English . As soon as she picked up my accent her attitude became rude and not willing to help. It is a shame as like super drugs. I’ll go to to Enfield one next time.
Great shop lots of things available
Very poor staffing only one member of staff left on his own to serve customer buying perfume at the counter and to serve long queue at the till not his fault but not ideal ...
Lots of products for the beauty sector but disabled access is very poor a better layout could be made to put shelving around the posts in the store as they are currently in the walkway so wider wheel chairs or mobility scooters will struggle to pass without knocking items off the shelf .
Nice place to do sone shopping, elderly lady cashier is the best in the world. Always happy to serve u. She shd be the employee of the year.
