Good size classes of all ranges and ages. A friendly bunch of people and your made to feel welcome from day one. A caring Master and supportive black belt helpers. Highly recommend for fitness and self defense. Seminars are also held throughout the year by external Masters for those who want to go. Classes held in several different locations throughout the week on different days. Parents can stay and watch classes as well.
