I want to share my personal experience in case it helps someone else. I had been taking my dog to this practice for a while, trusting that we were moving toward a clear diagnosis. Over multiple visits, I personally felt there wasn’t much transparency about the costs or the overall plan. Each appointment seemed to involve additional tests, which were quite expensive compared to what I later paid elsewhere, and I often left without a clearer understanding of what was going on. What is especially painful for me is that I would have spent anything necessary to help my dog or ease her pain. I genuinely believed the situation wasn’t serious because that was the impression I left with after our visits. In hindsight, I wish I had known more or pushed for a second opinion sooner. Eventually, I took her to another vet, and based on my experience there, they reached a diagnosis very quickly. Unfortunately, I learned she had a tumor on her liver, and there was nothing more that could be done. The tests at the second clinic were all completed in one day and cost significantly less than what I had spent before. Looking back, I regret not seeking another opinion earlier. I personally did not feel the approach at this practice worked for my dog, and my experience there left me feeling confused and unprepared for what was actually happening. Because of this, I don’t feel confident recommending this clinic based on my own experience.

Just recently joined this vet for my dog who isn’t well and he was seen super quickly! He’s normally very nervous at the vet, but honestly, it was probably one of the best visits to a vet we have had. Rebecca put my mind at ease and was so sweet and gentle with my dog. She gave him lots of treats and I feel really informed and reassured.

Ten out of ten for the wonderful Dr. Roman, Claire, and Julia who saw my dog Dixie in an emergency, even though Dixie is registered at another vet here in Suffolk. The sheer kindness, true professionalism and willingness with which Roman, Claire and Julia leapt into action to save Dixie's life was truly breath taking. We shall be forever grateful to Petwells. Their intervention saved Dixie in the nick of time. It was late and near closing time, and Dixie wasn't their patient but - by God, Roman and his crew pulled out all the stops and really went over and above the call of duty. Impeccable service. Wonderful people. True animal lovers. And with an outstanding ability to leap into action to save a dogs life. Today, Dixie is back to her normal self, and we are so grateful to Dr. Roman.

It was my vet for few years and I was happy with my Vet Mat or Matas. But not sure what happen now. He is more like businessman and look like he don't want to help your dog or cat. We spend around £1000 to cure our cat and nothing really happen,so we went to another one and all successful treatment cost me £200.I do have few more very bad experience with that guy but I will leave that with his conscience. However defenetly I will not recommend that person if you really care about your pet .

Very disappointed with the service in general. Lack of professionalism when comes the staff and admin. Vet Mat knowing he was not capable to operate my little Chihuahua's cherry eye when ahead and made it worse. Now I have to spend 2,000 GB to fixed it. DO NOT LET HIM OPERATE YOUR PET. Find another vet. He is a fraud. Petwell for my pet !! NEVER AGAIN

Took my baby girl luna in yesterday she wasn't feeling too well and I was aware of that but she was talking & running around beforehand, veterinarian gave her a few jabs which we was told was water but when we came home she was all or a sudden lifeless and silent, woke up to her stiff in my bathroom this morning, passed which I can only imagine was a painful death, I recommended last night at the vet she be put down as she was clearly in pain but vet said to bring her back at 8am and we will "treat" her. My luna is gone she was so lovely...
