It was my first visit to Vets4pets & I walked away very happy with the treatment what was provided by the vet for my 3 cats, I have had a few issues with other local vets near me due to the costs they were talking about their was no way I could afford the medication & treatment. So the Vet at Vets4pets Walton on Thames (Frankie) actually worked with me about costs cheaper medication & she just wanted to help me I can not thank her & the Team (Jazz, Lizzie, Sandra) enough for what they did for me & my cats absolutely Brilliant. Love Vets4pets. I highly recommend these Vet's.

Sadly had to put our beloved cat Delia down after 17 amazing years. The team were so caring and especially Ruth as it was a horrible decision to make, but best for the animal. I cannot say enough good things about them as it genuinely feels like they put the animal welfare first above all else which is refreshing. Thank you.

My visit to Vet4Money in Walton was deeply upsetting. From the start, I was met with dismissive and patronising communication as the vets "explained" my cat’s condition. Without a thorough diagnosis or discussion of treatment options that actually work, they immediately pushed for a £1,580.64 surgery, totalling £2002.05 !! calling it a life-or-death situation. Shockingly, one of the vets even implied that if I couldn’t afford the surgery, the alternative would be euthanasia, in their words, “putting her to sleep.” Suggesting to end my cat’s life over cost alone was incredibly inappropriate, insensitive, and emotionally distressing. Euthanasia should be a carefully considered last resort in cases of suffering, not presented as the only option if a client can’t pay upfront. No medication was given, no basic cleaning was done, and I was charged £52 for a rushed, unhelpful consultation. When I requested a second opinion, the next vet didn’t even examine my cat and simply echoed what the first had said. It became clear that money was the priority, not my pet’s well-being. I strongly urge others to avoid this branch and seek care elsewhere for a more compassionate, professional experience. I will never come back. Thank you.

Update: another visit required and still say the same! And even more as this particular vet was so lovely, engaged, gave me (and my cat) the time of day, thought through all the options and explained everything so clearly. Thank you. First time in many years I’ve owned a pet so wondering how things have changed (basing on previous memories) and feel so much more relaxed this time. The experience was great. One thing I’d say to improve on would be the explanation of the different pet care plans available as it’s quite confusing, which is right for my cat etc? The vet did explain but the leaflets don’t so I think it would help you. Lovely lovely receptionists, thank you

Cannot recommend Vets4pets in walton more! Especially our vet Marina! We are very lucky that our visits are few and far between but even after 3 years Marina did not forget our dog and her fear and stubbornness of the vets. Marina is beyond the best vet I have ever encountered and I have had pets for the majority of my life. The whole team there are supportive and kind and extremely friendly and I know that our dog is in safe hands and there aren't many people who I can say that about. Nothing is too much and always a warm welcome from the wonderful receptionists! Thank you all for all you do ❤️
