   I’m really unhappy with my experience at Medivet. My dog had been attacked, and when I took him in, the vet didn’t even shave him or properly check his wounds. He just had a quick look from a distance, charged me £55, and then handed me a treatment plan for £1,309 – without even examining him properly. I felt like they were just trying to get money out of me, not actually caring about my dog. I decided to get a second opinion from another vet, and the difference was huge. They shaved him, carefully checked all his wounds, explained everything clearly, and didn’t even charge for the consultation. The full treatment was £483 – less than half of what Medivet quoted. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust Medivet after this experience. There’s a photo You can see for yourself the difference between medivet quote and other vet.

   This clinic is a complete rip-off. I was charged £37.50 for a cream that costs only £12.99 online, and even the food they pushed on me was way overpriced. It’s nothing but exploitation. I feel scammed and I strongly warn others to avoid this place

   Newly registered, staff are really lovely and friendly, however the Administration side of things could be improved as there is alot of miscommunication when it comes to pet records and information provided. This could however be due to the various change in admin staff on reception. Would also be helpful to make a note on the system when pets are part of a plan as we have been charged for the last 2 visits for treatments which are in fact included in the plan and now have to wait up to 2 months for a refund!

   We went to Medivet Bisley with our cocker spaniel because of his upset stomach. Gaia, the vet was as usual absolutely lovely and very gentle with him. We left reassured and happy. Even though Ted hates going to the vets in general, he’s learning that we always have a good experience there. Although Ted is only 2 years old, we’ve been there number of times and always received kind and gentle service.

   The staff are very dedicated to their jobs and to the animals. The prices are transparent, they tell me when it's significantly cheaper to buy prescriptions online. You can tell the staff really care about people's animals and they are very knowledgeable and experienced. By far the best vet practise we've experienced for my dog to date.

   I feel lucky to have Fred as a knowledgeable avian vet as not many vets know much about chickens. I always manage to get a quick appointment when one of my chickens becomes sick. Fred’s very good with the animals and straight to the point.
