   Lola met Dr Johanna Headley and she was absolutely lovely with Lola. Lola didn't even notice when she received her vaccination and nasal spray. Johanna treated Lola as though she was her own pet. Can't recommend Sunninghill Vets highly enough.

   Jo Headley is the most brilliant practitioner. I drive 3 hours to take my pets to see her because I know I can completely trust her judgement and I have a huge professional respect for her. The service and care she personally provides is above and beyond any normal expectations.

   Sunninghill vets have always been great with my cats… and then one of my girls needed an emergency c section to deliver kittens, and the kittens needed reviving.. if it weren’t for Sunninghill Vets I may well have lost all of them and my girl.. the after care was amazing, I’m so grateful… 4 healthy 12 weeks old kittens all went off to their new homes and Mum is doing really well.. I am forever grateful for all the staff involved and I’m sure Xia is too.

   My dog was bitten whilst on a walk. Sunninghill vets took her in very quickly and operated on her wounds. I was very happy she was treated so swiftly and is healing well.

   DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Long story short. My 7yr old Lab suddenly became very sick (Drunk like state, collapsing and pale gums) so took her to Sunninghill vets where I was told she had heat exhaustion and to take her home to monitor her. Turns out she was bleeding internally from a ruptured mass and had to rush back to the vet 2 hours later. It was to late to save her because to much time had passed and it took very long to even get referred to the Vet Hospital which was another 45min drive to then have to put her down. So after misdiagnosing my dog even though all the symptoms pointed towards internal bleeding and any vet should have caught that from the mentioned symptoms. My argument is that the fact my dog was misdiagnosed which resulted in her death and was then still charged for the second visit which should have never happened if my dog was diagnosed correctly for the treatments trying to keep her alive before being sent to the veterinary hospital. I made this argument to the clinic and that I shouldn’t be charged for the 2nd visit because of their mistake which cost my dogs life. They disagreed and sent the debt collectors to get the outstanding 500£. I paid it and now I will be am looking into legal proceedings for negligence and malpractice and have also reported the case to the VCMS and RCVS. BE WARNED! Don’t take your pet here. Under qualified vets that miss basic diagnosis and obviously care much more about money than animal welfare!

   Excellent service as usual. My dog loves going to the vet. She always gets a warm welcome and treats! She even tries to go in when we are just passing by. The vets are kind and caring. They spend time researching unusual symptoms and check up regularly on treatment plans. Even though we have a vet practice down the end of our road now, when we had our new dogs we returned to Jo. We have been with the practice since 2000.
