   Bought a double bacon cheeseburger and angus gourmet burger. Both tasted of grease. The bacon was mostly fat and undercooked. Complete waste of money.

   Ordered the Angus peppercorn special and peppercorn loaded fries. What a disappointment. £15+ for a cold burger and fries. Fries were precooked and maybe reheated which made them taste around a day old. Burger tasted nice but lacked the all important temperature. A peppercorn burger is a nice idea, but I would advise going to Aldi for the ingredients and making it at home.

   Breakfast items bread was sweet and filling tasteless. Cheeseburger was average at best. Staff were doing there best in tough circs. Drafty and cold in the few dedicated seats and just poorly located.

   It was a cold day and I was travelling quite a long distance to visit family. When I got to these services to place my order, I needed a coffee! I was disappointed to be told that the coffee machine had broken down. The meal was ok but the Chicken Royale wasn't as good as I remembered it the last time I had one a couple of years ago.

   Slowest service ever. About 5 people’s orders in front of mine and took 20 mins from ordering. Staff look miserable and just taking their time! So much for fast food!

   Don’t waste your money, £27 for two small burgers (tasteless) and two small portions of chips. Burger tastes like something you’d expect from McDonald’s

   Overall pretty good, friendly service and tasty hot food. My only moan is about the inflated price due to the fact you have little choice but aside from that I was pleased to see Burger king here. Damn them and there tasty offerings.
