The treatment I’ve always had for my dog has been first class. All the staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and he especially enjoys the gravy bones! Would highly recommend to any pet owner.
Terrible veterinarians, misdiagnosed my pet multiple times, charged me for consultation each time & the extortionately overpriced medication that did not work. Went to a different vets in Wallington & was sorted within a few weeks with a totally different diagnosis. Unfortunately this industry is riddled with greed & profiteering from our love for our pets. It may take years of training to become a vet, but with our GPs moving more & more towards AI, hopefully chat GTP will put the cat amongst the pigeons & force some of these practices to take a long hard look at their business models & start treating & charging appropriately. Lived in Carshalton for 50 years, remember when this practice was just a small business that loved the animals & treated the owners as friends. Now it has turned into a monster, bought up multiple houses opposite the park worth millions & fleecing its customers till their pets are dead. Then will twist your arm to use their funeral service to get every last penny they can. Want to bury your loved one in your garden? “Oh we would advise against that, the foxes will dig them up & eat them.. but for a few thousand we will cremate Fido & give you a lovely urn.” Every last penny they can! Search around for a small independent veterinary clinic, they will try harder & care more. Like Parkside used to do.
Parkside is a fantastic vets. We have used a few and Parkside is by far the best. The vets are caring and compassionate, always strive to do their best. Straight about the pets needs and will do all they can to support. I would highly recommend
The best vet in the world! All staff are so friendly and treat your animals as if they were their own. Receptionists are lovely and will do anything to help. I rescue cats and will only take them to Parkside. One of mine lived feral for 3 years before I rescued him, he even feels at ease going to the vet! All my cats know the vets and receptionists as auntie! Lilac, my eldest cat, loves auntie Nikki the most and has to have a cuddle with her! Also, when the time comes to say goodbye to your loved one, everyone is so respectful through such a traumatic time. I only ever recommend Parkside Vets now! Xx
Could not recommend Parkside Vets more! My 7 month old Puppy went in really unwell and had to stay for 2 days. The team were so lovely and called regularly to give me updates on how he was doing and what they were doing to try and make him better which helped to put my mind at ease! When we were discharged my puppy gave the vet a huge cuddle, which I think speaks volumes about the care they offered him and how safe he felt there! Thank you, you really helped during an extremely stressful situation and was great to know how well he was taken care of while with you!
Highly recommend this practice, they have been really helpful and supportive with our questions as new puppy owners. So reassuring and have helped us over the phone a number of times. All of the staff and vets are lovely.
After two failed spay attempts at another surgery, we brought our dog to Parkside as a last attempt. Dallas was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring. The surgery was a success and our dog received exceptional care. I would 100% recommend Parkside.
