   Useless. Anytime I've tried contacting this company they take so long to reply. I sold the car of which I had GAP Insurance through them and contacted them to cancel it. Between waiting forever for replies and them claiming I never replied to their previous email (I did and sent them proof) everything just drags on for so long.

   Total waste of time unable to provide a quote for my new Renault due to wife being a named drive and an occupation as a courier even though she would not be using my vehicle to for couriering. Should have been a simple task to sort this as I have had multiple quotes from other insurers with the same criteria.

   Took out Kia insurance with a new car. This company seem to have no idea what is going on. Everytime you ring up they ask who are you insured with??? Now had a letter telling us they are cancelling the insurance because we have not replied back to them, when we have and telling us we cannot drive the car on the road, when they have the car awaiting repair after an accident! What a joke!

   I called to query why they had taken a payment from me? I am sure that I have not used them but after calling 4 times they just hang up on you? Strange way to do business ...am now even more worried that they are not legit?

   They arrange Renault Insurance, and refused to honour the free one week of cover for our new car due to my wife's occupation - she's a classical musician. Nowhere in the offer that they promote does it say there are exclusions, see attached image. If there was an asterisk and a clause along the lines of 'exclusions apply' then I would have some sympathy, but there isn't. This seems like a very very weak excuse to get out of their obligations.
