Visited Voo Vets Worcester Park today with my labrador puppy. Everyone was extremely welcoming and vet Lisa explained things very clearly, answered questions and put us at ease. A great experience after a not-so-great experience at another vet's practice.
Excellent vet practice. The staff are all friendly, polite and flexible with appointments. During some stressful and emotional times, they’ve shown great kindness and professionalism, supporting us with both knowledge and genuine compassion. It's hard to put into words how much that has meant. Thank you to the whole team — for your excellent service, your thoughtful approach, and the way you treat our pets like your own. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Am happy with this vet's! Cookie is more relaxed here than any other vet's. She doesn't hyperventilate as she did in other places! The staff are friendly & helpful. The price is reasonable. Location wise it's perfect for me & Cookie. My monthly visits are a pleasure. Thank you Voo Vets!
Very helpful and kind vets have attended to my two cats for two years.. this practice is near to my home and is easy to park near. The receptionist is most helpful and has helped carry the cat basket to the car on many occasions as I am a trifle unsteady on my feet. Highly recommended.
Friendly, professional service. Very happy with the care shown by the vets and nurses. Also great that they have the hospital at Surbiton if needed. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend Voo Vets any less, lived in Worcester Park for just over a year with work and had our cocker spaniel there, he’s prone to ear infections so we took him in quite often, we weren’t given much from the vet in the form of advice and products to help, they were happy to charge us to see him 3 times to say he was getting so much better, have since moved home and our vet is saying he’s close to having to have surgery, costing us hundreds of pounds. Both times the Vet we had at Voo just stuck a torch in his ear and said he was getting better which is clear now it was a lie, we were thrown between vets as well which is a massive shame as no-one consistently sees your pet. Happy to encourage you to ‘check back’ but they won’t do the work to ensure your pets safety. Massive shame and disappointed we paid money at Voo Vets for check ups that weren’t beneficial to us. Please avoid for the safety of your pets!
Wow! A vet that allows you in the room while they examine and treat your pet, my cat appreciated this. Very reasonable prices. I recommend.
Absolutely appalling customer service from Jasmine. She didn’t like I needed to ask lots questions about a procedure my dog having so she hung up on me /c2! She shouldn’t fronting this business. I won’t be going back and will he telling all my dog friends about the ‘service’
