   - This clinic will charge you 100 to 150£ for EVERY single visit you do (even a 5 min checkup). - We had a more serious situation with our puppy and every time we brought him there, a different doctor visited him (mostly some young less experienced ones) that did not exactly know what the Situation was and/or did not align internally with colleagues between one visit and another. - Last time we had to process some documents for our puppy, they charged us 90£ for it. We could not come at that appointment so we rescheduled to have again exactly the same papers that they already created...the clinic charged us 90£...AGAIN!! So: They are very good in taking money but not as good in providing quality Services (and pricing)

   I was registered with this clinic for over a year. I chose it predominantly due to it's 'expertise' and 'specialism' around brachycephalic breeds. Unfortunately I found it quite difficult to get on with the main guy Kevin, often felt I was talked down to and patronized in visits, including quite a lot of judgement on what my dog was fed. I bit my tongue in these visits, and just got on with the process for the better good of my dog, the approach towards my dog sometimes felt quite blasé , especially when early on I mentioned concerns about her hind leg dragging/extending , not once was she assessed and looked at around this. It took a neurology visit 6 months later for something completely else, for the neurologist to diagnose she actually had a luxating patella. My dealings with Charlotte were much more positive and kind. Having now registered somewhere else, the difference in customer service and pet care has been incredible.

   Kevin Clifford and his team of veterinarians, nurses and reception staff have looked after my dogs for 15 years. They are a lovely, professional team that have the best interests of their animal clients in mind at all times. I never worry that my dogs are undergoing any unnecessary treatments or tests and value and trust the advice I am given. I am told the full range of alternatives for whatever the issue is and am assisted in agreeing a thoughtful and appropriate treatment plan given the nature of the issue and my pet's individual circumstances. All the staff are so kind and generous with their handling of my dogs and I feel totally comfortable leaving them in their care.

   THIEVES AND LIERS! Unbelievable experience with Brompton Vet. I was told rabies vaccination will cost £120. Fine. We arrived, my french bulldog got vaccinated and they told me I will need health certification as they can’t put stamp in EU passport. Came back home, checked documents and called them to book appointment for health certification. Blonde receptionist who is absolutely clueless told me it will be £150 and I will need to pay £60 upfront over a phone. Fine. I asked if she needs any other information and she told she has everything. I asked if it can be done ASAP and if I can come tomorrow or day after to pick it up. She said no, I will need to wait till next week. Well fine. On Monday I came on time to pick up the document and they told me I needed to bring my dog with me. They didn’t mention this before so I quickly went home (I live very close by) and came back in 20min. Waited for 1 hour and finally met a vet. He checked my dogs temperature and gave health certification. So all the stress to bring the dog in just for a temperature check. Well fine. Finally it’s time to pay the bill and they charged me £210 (!) so with £60 which I paid over a phone it’s £270 for health certification! It’s almost double what receptionist told me over a phone. I was shocked but paid and later that day phoned and email to ask why I paid so much. They emailed that I paid £210 for “same day service fee” which is absolutely ridiculous as I waited 5 days. They couldn’t answer why I needed to pay this fee, I called and email until they realised they did a fraud and changed their attitude. Suddenly they charged me £210 because I came without a dog to the appointment and wasted their time. Nobody informed me about that, they lied many more things but I will not be able to tell all as it’s already long review. Nothing but lies from receptionist and the owner. Attitude is horrible, owner couldn’t answer my questions but lied and shouted on me. I understand the reason, he knows exactly that he overcharged me, lied to my face and even did something illegal which I will definitely report to authorities. I would never recommend this vet clinic. Please save your time, energy and money and go to other vets who really respect their customers and love pets.

   My favorite vet for my French Bulldog. Dr. Kevin has taught me so much about properly caring for my beloved frenchie! We’ve moved around and have had to work with different vets and our experience with Brompton Veterinary has been the best of them all. Very helpful, professional and always takes time to answer ALL of my many questions which are answered honestly (even to tell me when I don’t have to come in and when I can save some money). Thank you so much!

   Best Vet Clinic in London! I wouldn’t trust my dear cats to anyone else. All the staff is really lovely and professional, from the vets to the nurses. You can really see that they care about animals. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
