   Katie at Lodders is absolutely fantastic. I used her services to help prepare for a final hearing relating to my divorce/ financial application. Katie was quick and thorough actioning my request and helping me with an upcoming deadline. I also met with Katie and she helped to prepare me, ensuring that I had everything I needed to go into court prepared. I can’t recommend Katie enough.    I have used Lodders Solicitors on several occasions and have always found them very helpful. Most recently, after my husband passed away, I asked Michael Neal-Brook at Lodders to rewrite my will and to rework my powers of attorney as well as to manage a property issue. Michael was extremely kind and patient with me and, with regards to my will, suggested ways of handling inheritance issues which I had not thought of. He responded to my follow-up queries very promptly and continued to stay in touch while the work was in progress. There are delays in government systems at the moment, in my case with the Office of the Public Guardian and the Land Registry, and it was reassuring to know that Michael was there to make contact with these organisations when necessary rather than doing this myself. I highly recommend Lodders and Michael Neal-Brook and am very glad to have consulted him.

   We have had Michael Neal-Brook as our solicitor from Lodders to deal with the complex estate matters following the death of our father. At all times was he sensitive to our initial grief, professional in his dealings and always kept us up to date. He has also updated our wills and power of attorney in the process. So as we approach nearly three years from my fathers death, it is with great relief ( on both sides I’m sure!) to finally have closure. We couldn’t have done this ourselves and Michael has been the right man to guide us through it, so a big thank you to him and the rest of the team working alongside him.

   Hopeless . Dealt with asenior associate -Ellie Croft. Their office organization is a shambles - emails/ documents not sent on time - and that includes to court! Very expensive and certainly not worth it . You wont have to look far to find a better solicitors

   Having one complaint already being taken further we were informed today that Lodders had cancelled our Land Registry application after 9 months of waiting. A part of the application had been filled out incorrectly and as we had changed solicitors Lodders did not contact us or forward the correct information onto Land Registry but simply cancelled this vital document. Why would anyone do something like this to such an important document. I am simply lost of words not only will we have to pay for this again, we will have to wait a further 3 months and we can not re-finance on this project. Furious does not begin to explain how I feel.
