We had a great Christmas dinner here with our work colleagues. Lovely food, super friendly and helpful staff. We ordered the festive menu and were given a link in advance so that everyone could choose from the menu. It made for a seamless service experience as the restaurant team knew who had ordered which meal. The catered for several people who have dietary requirements without any issues. Everyone enjoyed the food without exception, which is impressive for a table of 14 people. We'll definitely be back. Thank you

What a delightful place to have a ladies lunch. The food, service and atmosphere where exceptional, all at a really reasonable price. We will be back any chance we can.

Catch up with my cousin wanted to eat here for a while. Staff were lovely and friendly. The food was very nice. It was quiet for early evening in a Friday night but that was nice because you plenty of room and no pressure to rush your food. The humous starter was excellent. The Bahj burger was a little dry could have done with some sauce on the side which in hindsight I should have asked for because I’m sure they would have provided it. Great venue because I love the piece hall. We had pre-booked our table.

Just had a lovely pre-show meal at the Trading Rooms before the Olly Murs concert. Attentive service, priority entry to the hall, excellent food and a lovely ambience. it's the way to go before a show.

We had fabulous dining, pre concert experience. The food choices were excellent which made it difficult to choose. The food was top notch and looked and tasted like Michelin Star quality, and although seemed expensive, was worth every penny. The two Claire's were so helpful and made the evening even more special. This is a hidden gem in Halifax and I urge you to try it!!!

What an amazing restaurant you are greeted with a warm Yorkshire welcome. Staff are well trained. Menu is outstanding, as is the food. We were served by an absolutely fabulous young lady whose attention to detail was outstanding. On speaking with her manager, we pointed out this to her. She was only sixteen years old with a very bright future ahead of her. We look forward to returning. I totally recommend a visit you will not be disappointed. Continued success with all that you do.

Thought we'd try it new years eve. Not bad pricing but found the food average and nothing to shout about but give it a go, might be a one off. #halifax #piecehall

Chose wisely for a Sunday roast. All 4 of us had the beef. About £15 each. Everything on the plate was well cooked with a good and tastey veg selection and a super Yorkshire pud. The onion gravy was lush. Washed it down with a fizzy pint of Estrella lager. It was very busy but service was friendly and efficient. Only complaint being two unisex toilets; insufficient for a place this size plus our wives dislike sharing with men. I do not blame them. Restaurant to be found in the far right side corner of The Piece Hall.

Having recently moved back to West Yorkshire, I visited the Piece Hall in Halifax today for the first time in three years and stumbled on this place for a solo lunch. It’s very unusual for me but I had a craving for a good hamburger, I think it must have been the result of 3 consecutive vegetarian days. They serve a very good 8.0 oz burger here, beefy, succulent and served simply in a nice bread roll (not brioche, thankfully, for a change) with lettuce, tomato & red onion & pretty good fries for £10 which was extremely good value. As I knew what I wanted I didn’t really pay much attention to the rest of the menu but everything going to nearby tables looked good. Service was extremely efficient, warm and friendly. They also offer two types of nearby (Hebden Bridge) Vocation Brewery beer on draught and they keep it very well indeed. I’ll definitely come back here with my family & friends.
