   Howells were fantastic from start to finish during our house buying process. They were not local to us, but highly recommended by family so it was a bit of a risk having a conveyancer on the other side of the country, however, we were not disappointed. Natalie was our legal executive and she was brilliant. We initially approached Howell's in mid 2021, however, our initial purchase fell through but they were very understanding and kept in touch throughout. We found an alternative property soon after and proceeded with the conveyancing. Natalie was in complete control and on top of everything. She was professional, efficient, detailed and communicative ! The ideal qualities you want in a conveyancer. Without Natalie's help, this would have been a stressful process but having Howell's on board gave us peace of mind.    Howells Caerphilly are the only team I will ever use for my conveyancing. Richard Thornton and team are amazing and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Richard is the most responsive solicitor I have ever dealt with and he returns emails very quickly. Richard dealt with my sale in Wiltshire and purchase in Wales and with his expertise this went through smoothly within 14 weeks, which is epic in the current climate and in light of being middle in a chain.
