I recently concluded the conveyancing on my property with J.A. Hughes on Beulah Road, Cardiff. I was very pleased to have Mrs. Moseley coordinate the sale. All inquiries were addressed promptly, and return calls were always made on time. If you chose this practice aim to get Mrs.Mosely as your coordinate.
Unfortunately I did not find this company to be "Quality" at all. My transfer of property case was very straightforward, but I found I always had to be the one chasing. I never actually met the solicitor assigned to my case (Marcelle). Overall, I never seemed to receive an update - always me contacting them. The whole process took so much longer than it needed to, albeit a lot of the delay was due to the Land Registry. From the start of my case to the filing of it was two years! I would never use this company again.

We saw their advert for Legal Aid, went in for some advice on family law which they say they specialise in. When mentioned Legal Aid the receptionist's first response was no. When we said about the advert and it was a family law matter we were asked to take a seat and someone would see us soon. Approximately 10 mins later a legal secretary came and took details and stated the solicitor that deals with family law was not in but she would pass on our details and promised she would contact us very soon. It has been over two weeks and no contact.
