   Absolutely diabolical incompetency. It has been 2 years and 9 months and still my deceased Uncles estate has not been distributed according to his wishes. For a whole year no action was taken due to staff sickness. No other arrangements were made to deal with his estate. Dreadful communication. Time deadlines not adhered to. I would recommend to stay well away from this company.

   Engaged the firm to purchase a property even though we didn't own any other property insisted that we needed to pay Ltt. When it came to selling the property nearly 4 years later it transpired through different solicitors that I was right we didn't need to pay it and luckily we were able to complete the ltt forms to get the money back.

   Unfortunately I have had to deal with this frim on a number of matters including probate , lease extensions and transferring of titles .I found them totally unresponsive and when a response was provided after numerous email chasers all I received were lame excuses as to why the file had not bee worked on . Eventually I had to instruct a more professional firm who quickly resolved the matters but at additional expense! not impressed at all .
