One of the most unresponsive and unprofessional firms I have ever encountered. Fast approaching 12 months since I paid for a will to be drafted, yet still no sign of it, and now ignoring my requests for a refund! Despite chasing several times, phone calls aren't returned and now receiving radio silence from their Managing Partner, Mr S Jones (the fee earner that was handling my instruction, and bizarrely their nominated contact for complaint handling). Not surprising, really - I too would be highly embarrassed if my name was associated with such a woeful service and lack of professional pride. Severely regret instructing them, and certainly wouldn't make the same mistake again. Caveat emptor!
