Thanks to Lydia, who made our cats passing easier and comfortable, and was so kind. An amazing vet with such an amazing heart.

This place is amazing. I can’t rate it highly enough. My dog was so nervous and aggressive at our old vets. These guys settled her in with confidence clinics, tennis balls and treats. She now barks in excitement as soon as we’ll pull up! She waits patiently in the waiting area for Elise to come out with a ball. I couldn’t be happier.

Unscrupulous! I honestly don’t know what more to say. Read the reviews and don’t expect anything other than ambiguity, inconsistency and inability to be upfront with costs, and that they change their mind on cost depending which way the wind blows. Please avoid as I’m sure there are better places to have your much loved animal cared for. Before you respond with give us a call, I’ve been told that you only accept concerns raised by email.

Thank you so much to all the staff at the hospital who cared for our darling Lola, especially Sally. You were all amazing and understood totally what we were going thro. When it came to helping Lola over the rainbow bridge, Sally couldn't of been more lovely. We felt blessed that at the end she was dealt with by loving, caring people. It will take a long time to get over our loss and life will never be the same without Lola but you all made an awful, sad situation a little more bareable. X

Every member of staff was lovley, from the receptionists, the nurses and the vets. My chihuahua can be very difficult and the lovley vet carried her around with her for an hour prior to surgury so she wasn't as stressed and scared, made a worrying time for me that bit better knowing my girl was being well cared for!

Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!
