   The veterinary service itself is excellent — the staff are caring, professional, and I’m very happy with the treatment my cat received. However, the online admin system really needs some attention. I’ve had emails reminding me of checkups that weren’t actually due, and on two occasions I was told at the clinic that the reminders were incorrect. I also received an email the day after a completed visit saying I had missed an appointment and needed to rebook. It would be great if the online system could be updated to match the quality of the in-person care.

   Had a bad experance with our last vet practice so have been looking for somewhere else. Medivet have impressed us so far, our dog has been spayed. It was carried out quickly with minimum stress to her, she was clean and ready to go and is recovering well thus far. Thank you Medivet.

   Money oriented vets would not recommend I had a procedure on my dogs ear which cost me £700 it didn’t help I was then told to buy meds that didn’t work either incompetence.
