   The reception staff and nurses are great and friendly however the Vets not so much, unfortunately they let the team down. The vets are rude, patronising and dismissive. They make the whole experience horrible. They should learn to be a bit more friendly and attentive especially to new pet owners. It’s easy to book appointments and the reception staff/nurses are the reason I chose to stay.

   Our two cats were neutered here today, the veterinary nurses were absolutely fantastic and really thorough when explaining the procedure to us. They kept us updated and post-surgery checked in with us to let us know our boys were okay. A seamless and fantastic process from start to finish. Thank you ❤️

   New to this practice as only just moved into the area. It was easy to register on the website and on my health check for my dog he's was treated very kindly and efficiently. The staff soon dealt with me joining their monthly treatment scheme. I was very pleased with choosing them as my dogs vet.

   I would highly recommend Medivet Cheshunt. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vet that saw Prince my 12 year old cat was pro, he was thorough highly professional and caring, explaining everything along the way. I have to get my other two cats in as soon as I can. If you love your pets as much as I love mine, I can think of no better place to have them seen at. I highly recommend them

   I just want to say with the help of vet Linsey there my little dog who was diagnosed with pancreitace over a week ago. Gave me the medication for her to take at home really helped and is now on the road to recovery. Linsey is a very good vet there in cheshunt. He even said get her on veterinary food witch I did. And it's really helped her tummy. Also I've been giving her reiki that's helped too. Thank you Linsey.

   Not a great service at all this time and wont be going back. I have been taking my cat to this surgery for the last 3-4 years for her booster jab and they have always clipped her nails for free at the same time. On this occasion we were charged £10 for the nail clipping on top of the booster fee which has also increased from £49 to £56 by a total of £7. All in all a total amount of £66 for a 7 minute appointment. Especially now in times of high inflation and economic uncertainty like this, where many people are battling to make ends meet, you may want to look at your business model if you want to keep customers.

   When my dog was there, there was only 1 member of staff who actually looked after him because apparently he was vicious. He was an 8 month old husky who only had his back teeth in coz the rest had mostly fallen out. So they wouldn't let him go toilet unless that 1 member of staff was there and she took him out.
