I thought it was really lovely When I went with my parents, I got a bacon and chicken and cheese panini which came with the coleslaw and salad. It was really lovely. I enjoyed it. The flavours was really tasty. It was also well priced too. I will certainly be coming back here again one day

Used to go in this cafe all the time I didn't realise someone could turn a brilliant cafe into a very very poor one so quickly. Sandwiches used to be brilliant now half the size and poor quick. Staff used to be brilliant now there not quite bothered about serving you to smoking and talking Wouldn't recommend this cafe to anyone 10 of us used to go in every week sometimes twice depending on football matches. All I can say is poor poor poor poor

This is the best cafe in west vale 100% the butties are so good and really big two so if you come out of the cafe still hungry I would be really surprised (A STAR ALL AROUND)

The food was good and well presented, though the sausages weren't to my taste. Tea good and strong as requested. The service was very good. I understand the refurbishment is not going as well or as quickly as planned, which does detract from the overall experience.

Lovely friendly staff! Sadly tables were sticky and the food was undercooked and overcooked in all the wrong ways, quality very poor. Went to several places in Elland for lunch and all were full, came here and it was almost empty, guessing the food standards is responsible.

Called in at a weekday lunchtime. Quite busy but got a table. Excellent ham salad sandwich. Plenty of salad, thick lean ham and a brew. Wife just had a plain salad which was also excellent and came with a serving of coleslaw. Very reasonably priced and the ladies serving were friendly and pleasant. One to visit again I think

Such a hidden gem! Good range of menu options, food was brought out quickly and was delicious. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

Asked very clearly a few times for beans on toast with a poached egg and a breakfast with no black pudding and mushrooms. When the food came out there was no poached egg on the beans on toast, and got told it was not even asked for, when it clearly was. Then the breakfast was missing bacon and when it was brought out was made to feel extremely guilty for confusing the cook because of asking for no black pudding and mushrooms. Then when she did bring the bacon out told us she thought the breakfast was vegetarian?? With meat sausages on so fault was just passed onto us even though we were clear in what we was asking. Waste of money.
