I have had 2 appointments which they canceled without proper warning me. I was even laughed at by receptionist because I was annoyed as they knew how urgent I needed an occupational order and told them I'll find someone else and when I phoned them coz no one else would take me on her attitude and the way she laughed is disgusting!!! Sort out your staff and if your going to cancel appointment make sure there's someone there to do what they need and not make people wait and cancel their appointment last minute
Emma handled my conveyancing when buying my first home. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Emma would go above and beyond and nothing was ever too difficult. She was really patient when awaiting replies from both my partner and myself as we work 12 hour shifts. Emma explained everything so clearly and made us feel at ease during the process. Emma pushed and got us answers for questions we wouldn’t have even thought of and always kept us up to date with everything throughout. Really excellent value for money and both professional and friendly! I would highly recommend the service and already have to family and friends. Will definitely be a returning customer if needing a solicitor in the future
