    Service from UPS seems to be deteriorating with each passing year. Parcel delivery date was Thursday, then notified via email that it would be delayed until Friday......no sign of parcel on Friday and no notification. Called Customer Service to try and find out when I could expect parcel, but spoke to somebody who unfortunately was of no help at all due to their inability to speak english. The call ended with me being none the wiser as to where my parcel was and when I could expect delivery! Very poor service!

    To say that this is a terrible company is an understatement. I chose a locker near my house, and the program showed that one package was left in the locker, but for some reason it returned to the warehouse, even though I couldn't change the delivery address either in the program or by phone. It remained in the warehouse for two days, and the program instructed me to pick it up at the warehouse. The warehouse is a 3-hour drive from my house, and since I don't have a car, I had to take a bus and then walk through a forest where there was no one around. It was very uncomfortable. No one could answer the question of why the delivery address was changed, and I asked for a taxi because the box was heavy, but I was denied, even though it was the company's fault. Never deal with them if you can choose another company.

    Dreadful, no answer at customer service desk, gentleman in front had been waiting half an hour. Called the number on the desk as advised but no answer. Managed to find a drop off location 0.8 miles away

    A new standard of parcel delivery by UPS: first throw the package into water and then deliver it, blaming the customer for improper packaging. The package was properly packed and checked at the drop-off point by the staff. The cardboard box is completely soaked, and everything inside is wet and damaged. It's clear the package was ruined by the courier, either by getting it wet or dropping it in a puddle or something similar...

    They "misdirected" my parcel. Obviously I need it for Christmas. I was promised that the local depot manager would call me back within the hour. Twice. I'm still waiting. Unfortunately no option for 0 stars.

    Very poor service not even worthy on a 1 star First delivery waited all day no parcel ? was told to wait and I will get further update a week later second delivery estimated time 9.30 to 1.30pm hasn't turned up called customer services to be told its on its way. they advised they cannot track or tell me where the delivrey driver is? what's the tracking number for? wish I never used them and definitely will not use them in the future.

    A blank UPS slip was posted through the door of my house share with no name on it. After scanning it, the ups site claimed it was the 3rd attempt despite being the 1st slip posted. I spotted a UPS van a couple minutes later and spoke to the driver who told me a different driver did my road despite fitting the description given by my housemate. I went to collect the parcel from the depot but was informed by the security officer that the staff who could provide it always leave early on a Friday so I couldn't have it. Can only laugh really to shake off the pure frustration.

    Avoid using UPS, they are useless! Update, my client paid £666 for a Corian desktop and it arrived damaged. I won’t be using UPS ever again.

    Don't ever trust this company they are the biggest liars on earth, paid £2000 for my package which I received them broken and destroyed eventhough they have "fragile" labels on them and for 7 months now (sinse Aug 2020) I'm waiting to hear from them regarding my complaint but no one is giving me any feedback. Over 20 phone calls to customer service and always the same answer "we have no updates yet". I Don think any case would need that long. Just a way of fraud taking my money and postponeding things until I get fed up.
