   Used to be good, not so much anymore. My dog has had 3 biopsies, they received the results on Monday and they've still not let me know the result, it's now Wednesday evening. I've phoned 3 times now and each time have been told someone will call me back, I'm still waiting and none the wiser as to whether the lumps on my dog are anything to be concerned about. All of the care and compassion has gone out the window at Sandhole, it's simply a business now all about making money.

   Visited this Vet to see an exotic vet, to check our tortoise over. Surgery was easy to find, had plenty of parking and the outside area is very well kept. First impressions very good, staff were pleasant and efficient. On my third visit to collect ashes (we sadly lost our little guy), there was some confusion with the invoice. This was quickly resolved, a charge has not been added to final invoice and in our distress things were misunderstood. All in all, I would recommend, but advise to double check invoices to avoid confusion. We received a lovely sympathy card in the post, I thought this was very kind.

   We had to find a vets to help our elderly dog misty as she had injured her paw in the night and her mobility was limited due to her age. We tried an emergency vet at 7am who could not come till 6pm. This was not suitable as misty was in need of help asap. We phoned sandhole vets and they where very accommodating for us & misty needs. They said we could come immediately and a vet would come out to the car to assess misty. We made the choice to have misty put to sleep & a sedative was given almost immediately. Again was not a problem for sandhole vets. They had a dedicated room for misty and us to wait for as long as we like while they prepared a few things. Once we had said our good byes and had some time with misty we called for the vet to put misty to sleep. Again then they allow you as much time with your pet as possible. The staff where all thoughtful and informative about what would happen etc. We choose to have our misty individually cremated at same place. Misty was ready to come home with in a week. Casket, bag, paw prints & card all very nice and thoughtful. Also did receive a hand written card from all the staff approx 2 weeks after collecting ashes. The price was never a problem for us but if you are on a budget, we found them to be very reasonable. To put our 20.6kg dog to sleep, plus individual cremation & casket £457. Would highly recommend from start to finish! Thank you

   I really can't thank the wonderful staff at Sandholes enough. Vet Anna and receptionist Sam were amazingly supportive and compassionate when we had to have our beloved guinea pig Tony put to sleep. We were listened to, never rushed and had time to spend his last moments with him.

   The best vets i've ever been to, every single member of staff I spoke to was kind and compassionate and really care about the animals you bring in. Both Pedro and Lucy were fantastic and really listened to all my concerns and gave me the confidence I was doing the right thing for my birds. Reception staff were lovely and welcoming, and dealt with all my questions and emergency calls so well and never made me feel like I was asking too much. A huge thank you from myself and baby Nugget :)

   I cannot recommend Sandhole enough. The staff, particularly vet Sarah, were incredibly caring and attentive to my dog's needs. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put to sleep, but the staff made the experience as comfortable as possible for both my dog and myself. They were patient and understanding. It was clear that they truly cared about my dog's well-being. While it was a difficult time, I am grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff at Sandhole Veterinary clinic.

   The whole team at Sandhole are dedicated to giving pets and owners a positive, pleasant and friendly experience. Their friends and family scheme is excellent value for money. My furbaby, Baileys, life was saved two years ago by very prompt and accurate diagnosis.I would not take him anywhere else. I have heard people complain that their prices have gone up since the new owners bought the practice, but then most shops and services have increased pricing over the last year. Personally I cannot put a price on my pets health and will continue to visit until he no longer needs veterinary care or a loving home

   We needed a vet experienced with reptiles and Sandholes's website offered this. We booked online, very easy, followed up with a phone call to check the consultation price. On arrival we didn't wait long until our reptile was seen. Everything was explained to us clearly while the treatment was being done, and so we could continue to administer the medication at home. This resulted in a stress free visit for us and our gecko.
