We all pay our insurance premiums and hope that when there is a need to make a claim that all runs well. Unfortunately I had to put this to the test due to a burst water pipe in a property. I made a call late on a Friday afternoon and NFU Coventry jumped into action I was passed over to a lovely lady in the branch who appointed all the right people including a loss adjuster. From that point on till the last tradesmen left the property and the furniture was placed down I had and fantastic experience from what was a distressing discovery of a busts pipe. I have been with NFU for years and will continue to do so for many years to come. Well done NFU a top class very professional and not forgetting very friendly insurance company. I will continue to recommend you to all my family and friends.
